This Vinyasa Flow class invites you to spend an hour sending self expressed love notes through every layers of you - to the tender and tough areas of your body, to the regularly busy areas of your mind, and to the deep reaches of your heart.
This class is sequenced to make space in your shoulders, chest and hips before melting into a well earn Savasana.
