In this class, you will learn why meditation can be beneficial for your health and for your process of awakening. I will also lead you in a beautiful guided meditation where you will explore going deeper into your spiritual heart connecting with the Divine light and amazing love that you are at the core of your being. Then we will allow that light and love to flow through us to heal friends, family, and the world around us.
