This class will discuss strengthening the connections with our guides, loved ones and spiritual beings who help bring in our soul awareness to spirit through communication, understanding the Ascension process along with the powerful benefits of meditation.
These practices help us to transmute negative thought patterns which lead to anxiety and ungrounded fears. How to let go of energies we �pick up� from outside forces which may block our true personal connections to source. Remembering to love and honor ourselves, our abilities and to love others unconditionally as well.
Maintaining a clear channel to assist in healing body, mind and spirit. Meditation practices which help uplift, motivate and evolve our thought process through our every day practices of conscious living. How our practices help to bring in the light that changes the world around us.
