Hoop ³ Dance is where we use the hoop all over the body, learning different ways of moving it with our waists, shoulders, hands, and more! In this offering, we will learn a few tricks, then combine them into a beautiful dance. This class is all levels! So if you’ve never quite mastered hula hooping, THIS is the place to do it!
