Affirmation Yoga, is a mindful movement practice using yoga shapes, breathing practices and affirmations to connect with your body, mind and soul. During this session it is an invitation for you to feel good in your body while guiding our inner self talk in a more positive direction. This session is a fun way to connect with your inner self and saying "YAY" to all of you!
