This will be a 15-30 minute class on 3 Poses to Cool Down Hot Flashes.

There comes a time in a woman’s life to honor the natural changes that happen. Every season is a gift. Wether you are new to yoga, or a seasoned practitioner, some poses are more heat inducing than others. Understanding our seasons and adapting to those needs are the true power of a well rounded yoga practice. This mini class is to help cool you down when the inner oven turns on!
